Ordering and Making Payments

Orders can be placed via our website, in store or via Facebook. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and Bank Transfer to our Business Account, for your convenience. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We aim to process all orders promptly.

Shipping, Delivery, and Local Pick-up

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, My Tiny Closet is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control. We also offer a convenient in-store pick-up option for online orders at our Bradford location. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Refund & Returns Policy

At My Tiny Closet, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Returns:

  • You may return items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, except where the item is faulty.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Faulty Items:

  • If your item is faulty, please contact us by email at info@mytinycloset.co.uk with details and photos of the issue.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the faulty item at no cost to you and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method and may take up to 3 days to appear in your account.
